METHOD OF DETERMINING SHAPE OF ARTIFICIAL CEMENTLESS HIP PROSTHESIS STEM

Problem to be solved: to provide a custom molded stem with a high fit and fill shape reflecting the shape characteristics of the femur. We construct a model that shows the shape of the femur and the difference of curvature. A model for calculating insertion and insertion of a stem inserted into a conical hole is constructed.After recognizing the behavioral characteristics as a patient specific stem, a modified example corresponding to the request of a surgeon is provided for a short time. The stem can be confirmed to match the patient as a custom made item.
