The present invention refers generally to an electronic trading system and, more specifically, to a commercial transactions system that can combine various modules on a platform to carry out different functions in a commercial trading environment, particularly in a trading stock exchange for negotiating various instruments. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system comprises a trading system (100); a control system (700); a communications system (400); and an integration system (500), characterized wherein said trading, communications, control and integration systems are integrated with each other to promote the operationalization of a stock market transaction.
