An electrolyte analyzing apparatus including an A/D converter (45) which converts analogue data output from an ion selective electrode into digital data, a data processor (46a) which calculates a median of multiple pieces of the digital data converted from multiple pieces of the analogue data output from the ion selective electrode and outputs the median as measurement data of an electrolyte, and a calculator (46b) which calculates a concentration of the electrolyte contained in a specimen based on the measurement data of the electrolyte output from the data processor; and a measurement data processing method of the same.
