The invention relates to a composition comprising a combination of a salt of 3-[[[(3-fluorophenyl)[(3,4,5-trifluoro-phenyl)methyl]amino] carbonyl]-oxy]-1-[2-oxo-2-(2-thienyl)ethyl]-1-azoniabicyclo [2.2.2]octane, and a long-acting phenylalkylamino beta₂-agonist.;The invention also relates to pharmaceutical formulations and kit thereof, and to their use in the treatment of an inflammatory or obstructive airways disease.
