biotechnological process for preparing primary hepatocyte cultures from the liver of marine water species characterised by a step of preparing the liver followed by a triturating/filtration step, then an enzymatic digestion, purification through differential and isopycnic centrifugation and lastly a cellular resuspension in complete medium.
