A method for solving traffic congestion by incoming vehicles from the highway is provided to solve the traffic congestion in the section in which the traffic congestion occurs due to a mess between the vehicles going straight and the vehicles incoming. A method for solving traffic congestion by incoming vehicles from the highway comprises as follows. The vehicles entering into freeway through the congestion induction access moves straight to the state that is the lane change not right through the lane extended in the entering car line the stagnant section is finished. By using the lanes for the vehicles going straight, the vehicle going straight moves without disturbance by incoming cars. The vehicles for previously to advancing among the go right on vehicles in freeway with place the stagnant section is finished. It enters the second best extended in the just before section of the entry road.
