A floatability cell strain in which a MnSOD is overexpressed is provided to remove active oxygen species voluntarily generated while mass-culturing an animal cell strain in cells using a CHO dhfr- cell strain including a manganese hyperoxidation anti-mutation enzym MnSOD gene in order to increase a production of a recombinant human EPO, to enhance an antioxidation ability and to increase an EPO productivity by lengthening lifetime of the cell strain. A transformant which is a zooblast is transformed by a vector including a manganese hyperoxidation anti-mutation enzym MnSOD gene having a base sequence of a sequence number 1 and has a capability producing a human erythropoietin. The zooblast is a CHO dhfr- cell strain which is a floatability cell strain cultivated in an invitrogen medium.
