A temperature measuring device utilizing a thin film type temperature sensor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent mechanical impact from being delivered to the thin film type temperature sensor by stably connecting a metal wire for external connection and the thin film type temperature sensor. A temperature measuring device(200) utilizing a thin film type temperature sensor includes a cylindrical outer protection tube(120) including a first space part and a second space part connected by through-hole in the longitudinal direction, a thin film type temperature sensor which is built-in through the first and the second space part and the through-hole within the outer protection tube, and a filler charged within the first and the second space part of the outer protection tube and fixing the thin film type temperature sensor within the first and the second space part into one body.
