An apparatus and method for detecting a poor contact of power supply circuit for a three phases AC motor, and a medium having a computer readable program for executing a method thereof is provided to simply calculate a location and an extent of a poor contact and a power loss by performing among an operation of a motor. An apparatus and method for detecting a poor contact of power supply circuit for a three phases AC motor, and a medium having a computer readable program for executing a method thereof comprises the followings: a phase current measuring unit(110) measuring a phase current of three phases AC(Alternating Current) motor; a reverse phase current generating unit(120) generating a reverse phase current using a measured phase current; a poor contact confirmation unit(130) confirming a phase in which the poor contact is generated; and an equivalent resistance generating unit(140) producing an equivalent resistance of the poor contact using the reverse phase current and the phase current.
