A manufacturing method of a hollow titania nano-particles having high function using polymethyl metacrylate nano particle is provided to improve a density and a uniformity of the particle by binding an amine radical in a PMMA nano particle and enhancing the intensity of the polymer nano particle surface charge. A manufacturing method of a hollow titania nano-particles comprises a step of emulsifying and polymerizing methylmethacrylate a frame of the nano particle in which the titania is precipitated. The hollow titania nano-particles is a monodispersion polymethyl metacrylate nano particle. The monodispersion polymethyl metacrylate nano particle reacts to hexamethylenediamine and binds an amine binding containing group. A size of the monodispersion polymethyl metacrylate nano particle is 170-200nm.
