摘要

A hydrogel for manufacturing the injection type sustained release agent of the human growth hormone is provided to minimize damage in the graft site and improve convenience of grafting into the human body. The hydrogel based on bioactive polysaccharide has the functional group in which it is possible for the Michael-type addition reaction, slowly release the protein drug based on the polysaccharide, and comprises the bioactive polysaccharide having the coupling activity with human growth hormone.
