An earth anchor structure and an earth anchor method are provided to secure firm anchoring force with an earth anchor structure itself, specially, to be superior to the soft ground, to be inserted easily to a perforated hole even if a wedge body is prepared to be exposed to the outside, and to manufacture easily and to improve productivity by having a simple structure. An earth anchor structure comprises a wedge body(10) having a wedge blade(16), an insertion guide(12) composed of a guide(18) and a connection panel(20) connecting the guide and the wedge body, and an anchor head(14) having a strand(4) coupled to a space between the wedge body and the guide, which is a space provided by the connection panel, and contacted with the front end of the wedge body.
