A movable dust removal device for tunnel work is provided to cut off the spread of dust and harmful gas to the inside of a tunnel, and to improve the condition of air in a tunnel, thereby to improve work efficiency. A movable dust removal device for tunnel work for disposing of dust and harmful gas generated by tunnel excavation work comprises a sprinkler portion including a sprinkler pipe having a flow passage to make washing water flow, a water pump and a sprinkler spraying the washing water of the sprinkler pipe, a carriage portion(200) including an upper body(210) for seating the sprinkler portion and a lower body(220) coupled to the lower part of the upper body, and a collector portion(300) including a plurality of suction fans(310) guiding the dust and harmful gas to a space on which the washing water is sprayed.
