NOVEL PROTEIN TRANSDUCTION DOMAIN(PTD) AND THE USE THEREOF

Three kinds of novel protein transduction domain(PTD) is provided to deliver the biologically active molecule within a cell by inducing the protein inflow within a cell and to ensure excellent cell permeability and tissue penetration power. A novel protein transduction domain(PTD) is represented by the amino acid sequence of the sequence number 1 or the gene sequence of the sequence number 2. The novel protein transduction domain(PTD) comprises the amino acid or the whole or a part of the gene sequence or fraction. A vector comprises a new protein transduction domain. The transformant comprises a vector.
