System and Method for Producing and Managing Profitable Classified by Non-Facing Channel, Server and Program Recording Medium

A system and a method for calculating/managing profitability of each non-facial channel, and a server and a program recording medium for the same are provided to present a reasonable non-facial channel operation management plan based on the profitability of each non-facial channel by classifying customers into a private banking customer group, a special customer group, and each age, area, gender, and profession group, and calculating the profitability of each non-facial channel according to each customer group. A ledger database links/stores non-facial channel information and banking transaction information occurring in each non-facial channel. A non-facial channel management server(100) extracts the banking transaction information linked with the non-facial channel information from the ledger database, calculates profitability including sale profit corresponding to the extracted banking transaction information by each non-facial channel, and generates management information for each non-facial channel based on the calculated profitability information of each non-facial channel. The non-facial channel includes at least one of an ATM(Automated Teller Machine), a call center, phone banking, Internet banking, mobile banking and firm banking.
