An underground line interruption device for connecting a distribution board for a high voltage is provided to prevent the fire from being spread to the distribution board. A distribution board case(10) is installed on the ground. A distribution board(20) is embed in the distribution board case. An underground tube(30) made of an insulation material is buried under the ground and is connected to the bottom of the distribution board case. A distribution board power supply line(40) is composed of an active line and a neutral line and is arranged inside the underground tube. An external power supply line(50) is composed of the active line and the neutral line and is embedded in the underground tube. A conductive connection bar(60) is embedded in the underground tube through a support stand and connects the active line of the distribution board power supply line and the active line of the external power supply line mutually or connects the neutral line of the distribution board power supply line and the neutral line of the external power supply line mutually. An interruption device is installed in an outer portion of the underground tube and includes a case, a piston reciprocating linearly at right angles to the axial direction of the underground tube, a hitting part with a fire-retardant sealing the underground tube, a spring elastically supporting the piston, and a solenoid controlling the operation of the piston. A fire sensor(80) is installed in the distribution board case, and senses the fire of the distribution board. A control unit(90) receives a fire signal from the fire sensor is and control the operation of the solenoid. An alarm device(100) is controlled by the control unit and outputs the firing state to the outside.
