A high power factor ballast power supply circuit using a doubler circuit is provided to improve efficiency of the power supply by doubling the power voltage while maintaining the high power factor even though a low voltage is applied. A high power factor ballast power supply circuit using a doubler circuit includes a first doubler circuit(100), a second doubler circuit(200), and a discharge circuit unit(300). The first doubler circuit, the second doubler circuit, and the discharge circuit unit supply the power to a load and the load is connected in parallel to a current source. The first doubler circuit includes a first current limit part(110). The second doubler circuit includes a second current limit part(120). The first current limit part includes a second diode and a second resistance. The second current limit part includes a fourth diode and a fourth resistance.
