Vacuum tube type solar collector having a double structure and manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase the heat exchange efficiency through the simple structure of heat exchange fluid and to simplify the process through easy manufacturing method. A vacuum tube type solar collector having a double structure comprises an inlet pipe(10) in which one side is opened and the heat exchange fluid is flowed in, an outlet pipe(20) in which one side is opened and the heat exchange fluid is ejected, a first pipe(40) in which the heat exchange fluid is flown to inside, a plurality of manifolds(30) having the structure for exchanging heat of the double pipe type consisting of second pipes(42), a glass tube(43) in which sunlight is transmitted while being combined in the outer circumference of manifold.
