A well deep-cleaning device using a synchronous rotation protector giving the pressing force to a hollow wall of an underground well and a method thereof are provided to easily install the cleaning device in the underground well even though the well is installed with an upper protective hole made of concrete or a management chamber and installed at the ground floor of a large building, and to clean the hollow wall of the well by rotating the cleaning device. A well deep-cleaning device using a synchronous rotation protector giving the pressing force to a hollow wall of an underground wall(1) comprises the synchronous rotation protector horizontally elongated and attached on the hollow wall of the well by inputting a pressure fluid; a hose feeding the pressure fluid to operate the synchronous rotation protector; a drawing line(6) connected to install and tow the synchronous rotation protector; a driving motor(3) generating the rotation force by supplying power source; a cleaning unit directly connected with a rotation shaft of the driving motor to be rotated; and a pressing roller(5) installed at upper and lower legs between upper and supporting discs by a cylinder shaft operated by a pressure cylinder.
