A floor impact sound reduction structure is provided to reduce interlayer noise occurring in an apartment house caused by floor impact sound such as heavy-weight impact sound or lightweight impact sound. A floor impact sound reduction structure includes a shock absorbing panel(110) comprising many upper projection portions(112) formed on the upper side at regular intervals and arranged in the lattice form, concave portions(114) formed on the lower side corresponding to the upper projections, surrounding reinforcement portions formed on the lower side to surround the concave portions and lower projections formed by projecting a portion or the whole of the surrounding reinforcement portions, and a horizontal panel installed to the upper part of the shock absorbing panel.
