A manufacturing method of artificial light-weight aggregate mixing stone powder sludge and bottom ash is provided to manufacture the artificial light-weight aggregate having a low absorption rate by mixing Na2SO4 and Fe2SO3 at an optimum proportion ratio. A manufacturing method of artificial light-weight aggregate mixing stone powder sludge and bottom ash comprises steps of: mixing a component consisting of stone powder sludge of 10~80 weight% and bottom ash of 10~80 weight% based on a total weight and Na2SO4 of 0.001~10 weight%, and Fe2O3 of 0.001~10 weight% based on the total weight; and being plasticized at a temperature of 1,000~1,150 for 1~30 minutes.
