A method of manufacturing functional environment-friendly stone is provided to prevent a color, a pattern and a luster of the stone from being damaged by preventing dust in atmosphere from being adhered because large amount of oily pollution materials perform a binder role. A method of manufacturing functional environment-friendly stone comprises steps of: (S120) washing the stone using water flowing by radiating an ultrasonic wave of 20 - 40 kHz or high pressure water of the 0.2~2.0 kgf/cm^2; (S130) removing foreign materials remaining on a surface of the stone by blowing and washing air of high pressure of 2.0~6.0 kgf/cm^2; (S140) activating the surface of the stone by heating it using infrared rays; (S150) coating a photocatalyst coating agent on the surface of the stone of which the surface is activated; and forming an optical catalyst coating film by hardening the photocatalyst coating agent.
