ID religious change relatively unattended operating system and method using a card

An unmanned registration changing system of a religious group by using a cost-saving ID card and an operation method thereof are provided to comprise a user confirmation card reader unit, a personal registration calling unit, a personal registration changing unit, a modified registration storage, and an unmanned kiosk unit for inputting registration changes by connecting with the religious group's groupware. A card reader unit(6) recognizes an ID card through a card reader, and compares the card with data of a server to confirm a user. A modified registration storage(3) stores data called from a kiosk unit in the server. The ID card comprises the steps as follows. The personal ID card is recognized to the reader. The data of the server is displayed on the kiosk unit through a personal registration calling unit. The kiosk unit performs registration modification, and stores the modified registration in the server.
