An unmanned contribution confirmation issuing system and an operating method thereof using a cost-saving ID card are provided to comprise a personal ID card recognition card reader, a calling unit for calling personal data from a server, a personal contribution confirmation output unit, and an unmanned kiosk unit for inputting in connection with a religious groupware. A card reader unit recognizes an ID card through a card reader, and compares the ID card with data of a server. A contribution confirmation issuing output unit(2) outputs data selected from data called in a kiosk unit(5), through an output machine. An ID card comprises the steps as follows. The personal ID card is recognized to the reader. The data of the server is called to the kiosk unit through a calling unit. Data selected by the kiosk unit is outputted through the output machine.
