A real-time video and voice caller ID displaying service method and system in the mobile communication network and a wireless communication terminal therefor are provided to display the image and voice of a caller as caller ID in real time. A home location register(160) stores and manages the service profile information of a mobile communication subscriber. A switch(150) inserts the real-time caller ID display code into the outbound call received from the originating mobile(110), and then transmits the outbound call to a destination terminal(120). The switch forms the speech path between the received terminal and the originating mobile before the response call of the received terminal, and then transmits the real-time data to the destination terminal.
