A multi frequency OPO(Optical Parametric Oscillation) source of light appliances and cancer diagnostic system using the same are provided to vary the wavelength in a real time by using the optical parametric oscillator laser. An optical parametric oscillator laser(101) outputs the excitation light source of the multi frequency which is set up based on the OPO mode in advance. A light probe(111) receives the excitation light source of the multi frequency. The light probe delivers the excitation light source received to the cancer diagnostic organization. The light probe receives the fluorescence signal about the excitation light source from the cancer diagnostic organization. The fluorescence signal received by the light probe is split by a spectrometer(112) to for each wavelength. An optical detector(113) detects the signal which is split by the spectrometer. The optical detector outputs the split signal to a display unit(114). The display unit indicates the spectral spectrum about the fluorescence signal.
