A water cooling and heating device for mixed beverage is provided to serve various kinds of mixed beverage at the same time and keep fresh taste of mixed beverage by preventing the residue of mixed beverage from leaving when replacing it. A water cooling and heating device for mixed beverage comprises a main body, powder storages(100a,100b) storing a certain amount of powder for mixed beverage such as barley tea or green tea and having an outlet for ejecting the stored powder on the bottom, a pair of supply ports(110a,110b) formed from the top surface to the inside of the main body so that the outlets of the powder storages are placed, and cold and hot water supply pipes(120a,120b) for supplying the cooled and heated water to the supply ports, respectively.
