摘要

A bilayer binder based on polyvinyl acetate and polyvinyl alcohol prepared through emulsion polymerization is provided to ensure high adhesive property due to PVA and excellent coherence and to prevent the accumulation of the stress generated due to the volume change in charging/discharging with PVAc showing high elongation. A binder for an electrode medical mixture is manufactured through the emulsion polymerization. The binder for an electrode medical mixture has double layered structure of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) and polyvinylacetate(PVAc). The binder for the electrode medical mixture exhibits the coherence by PVA and solves the stress due to the volume change in charging/discharging by PVAc.
