A method of breeding resistivity melon species using powdery mildew resistivity linkage SCAR molecular marker useful in melon is provided to introduce Powdery mildew resistance factor of the melon to the melon of which hybridization is performed smoothly and to be usefully used to develop the Powdery mildew resistivity melon plant body. A method of breeding resistivity melon species using powdery mildew resistivity linkage SCAR molecular marker useful in melon comprises steps of: authorizing a segregation population F2 using powdery mildew resistant strain and susceptibility system of the melon; separating gene fragment related to the powdery mildew resistivity; analyzing a base sequence of gene fragments and synthesizing a specific primer in the fraction; and using the powdery mildew resistivity linkage SCAR molecular marker of eight combinations.
