A complex support material for the bone regeneration is provided, which effectively promotes bone regeneration by stimulating stem cell. A complex support material for the bone regeneration comprises: a biodegradable polymer; a complex support material which is cast manufactured including the calcium phosphate group bio compatibility ceramics; a tissue stem cell loaded in the complex support material; and a bone morphogentic protein-2. The human tissue is selected from the subcutaneus adipose tissue, the marrow local formation, and the mesenterium tissue, the stomach tissue, and the retroperitoneum tissue. The bio-compatibility ceramics is selected from hydroxyapatite, fluorinated apatite, oxy apatite, tricalcium phosphate, calcium monophosphate, and tetracalcium hexaphosphate, and their mixture.
