A method for differentiating the human embryonic stem cell to the osteogenic lineage is provided to develop the cell therapy products for the treatment of bone-related diseases. The human embryonic stem cell is differentiated into the osteogenic lineage by cultivating the human embryonic stem cell in the culture medium containing a material suppressing mTOR(mammalian target of rapamycin) or the signal transfer of mTOR which is rapamycin represented by the formula(1), PI3K(phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate 3-kinase) inhibitor represented by the formula(2), or AKT() inhibitor represented by the formula(3).
