A DCD/BCMCS combining system, a DCD server, an SMD center and a terminal for transmitting contents of high reliability to a terminal by using a retransmission method and a download result report method are provided to provide a contents transmission service to a user. A contents storage administration unit(351) performs the contents storage function of the contents. An information generation administration unit(352) produces the response limit time information for receiving a download result report message about the recovery function. A data transmission administration unit(353) transmits the contents transmission function and the response limit time information transmitting the recovery function of application information for the contents and contents to the SMD center. A download result report reception management unit(354) performs the download result report message receive function of receiving the download result report message about the contents from the SMD center. The response limit time monitoring part(355) performs the function of watching the response limit time.
