A microfluidic valve, a method for preparing the microfluidic valve, and a microfluidic apparatus containing the microfluidic valve are provided to minimize the effect of the manufacturing process of a microfluidic valve on other elements by omitting the heating process of the entire platform. A microfluidic valve(10) comprises a platform(100) which comprises two substrates(110, 120) adhered so as to face each other; a channel(20) which is formed in a first depth so as to allow fluid to flow between the two substrates; a valve gap which is arranged in at least some segment of section of the channel and has a second depth shallow than the first depth; and a valve plug(33) which is arranged in so as to fill the valve gap and comprises a valve material comprising a plurality of heat radiating particles, wherein the heat radiating particles absorbs the electromagnetic wave on a phase transfer material of solid stage to radiate heat in such an amount for melting the phase transfer material.
