A catalyst supported with bi-functional compounds for preparing polyolefin is provided to obtain polyolefin with low density and excellent environmental stress crack resistance(ESCR) even in case of not using a co-catalyst and comonomer or using the small amount of them. A catalyst for preparing polyolefin is supported with a bi-functional compound having a co-catalyst function and comonomer function, in Ziegler-Natta-type catalysts or a carrier supported with a metallocene catalyst. The carrier supported with Ziegler-Natta-type catalysts is an Mg-based carrier and the carrier supported with the metallocene catalyst is a silica-based carrier.
