The pressure vessel which consecutively can maintain airtight in compression and expansion generation according to the pressure gradient (0~400kg/cm2) and temperature change (room temperature~175°C) is included. The pressure vessel has the size which is suitable for the capacity of pressure more than 400 kg / cm2G and 100 cfm (170m3/hr), and the dew point temperature -63°C.
