A centrifugal force-based disk type microfluidic device for blood chemistry analysis is provided to employ the various conventional blood test reagents by automatically performing a multiple items of blood bio-chemical test. The centrifugal force-based disk type microfluidic device for blood chemistry analysis comprises (a) a rotatable platform(100), (b) a sample chamber(20) which accommodates the sample injected through the sample inlet-hole, (c) a sample splitter which is arranged to be connected to the sample chamber within platform, centrifuges the sample by using the rotation of platform, and distributes the separated supernatant through a plurality of sample distribution channels in the predetermined amount, (d) a plurality of dilution chambers (40-44) which is arranged to be connected to a plurality of sample distribution channels, stores the diluent in the predetermined amount, and supply the sample diluent with different dilution rate by using the supernatant, and (e) one or more reaction chamber parts which comprise a plurality of reaction chamber groups which is arranged within platform to be corresponded to a plurality of dilution chambers with one group by group, wherein each of reaction chambers accommodates the sample diluted solution distributed from the corresponding dilution chamber among a plurality of dilution chambers due to the rotation of platform through the distribution channel, and performs the reaction of pre-stored reagent with the sample diluted solution.
