A walk auxiliary device for the handicapped with lower half body paralysis is provided, which prevents the handicapped from falling and enables to walk by the weight of the opposite side leg. A walk auxiliary device comprises the hips support part(10), the first leg support(20), the second leg support(30), the third leg support(40), the fourth leg support(50), the foot balance part(80), the left foot balance part(90), third spring(300), fourth spring(400), right handle part(500), the left side handle part(600), the hip joint maintenance unit(700), the first wire pull portion(860), and the third wire pull portion(960).
