A dye-sensitized solar cell using titanium dioxide nanotube and the method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the phosphor conversion efficiency and the device characteristics by using the oxide titanium nanotube. The dye sensitized solar cell comprises the electrolyte solution(30) interposed between the semiconductor electrodes(10), and the counter electrode(20), the semiconductor electrode and the counter electrode. The semiconductor electrode comprises the dye layer. The electrolyte solution supplies the electronics to the dye layer by the oxidation-reduction reaction. The semiconductor electrode is comprised of the substrate(11), and the ITO or the FTO transparent conduction layer(12) and the titanium oxide layer(13). The dye layer is formed in the titanium oxide layer. The titanium oxide layer is made of the oxide titanium nanotube.
