NAVIGATION APPARATUS AND SYSTEM HAVING FUNCTION OF IMAGE TELECOM AND DVR USING ROTATORY CAMERA

A navigation device having video communication and DVR functions using a rotary camera and a system thereof are provided to realize a navigation function, an image communication function and a digital camera function with one system by integrating a navigation device with a rotary camera. A detected information receiving interface(5) receives detected data from an external detection sensor(2), and a digital signal processor(20) converts an analog data signal received from an external data collector(10) into a digital data signal. A memory unit(30) stores the converted data signal and each kinds of data which include the information received from the outside. A communication unit(40) encodes the converted or stored digital signal and transmits the encoded digital signal to the outside wirelessly.
