UNIVERSAL HIGH-SPEED REAL-TIME MONITORING DEVICE FOR EMBEDDED SYSTEMS

A universal high-speed real-time monitoring apparatus of an embedded system is provided to debug the electronic circuit and CPU firmware of a target embedded system or monitor the high-speed operation in real time through a host PC. A universal real-time monitoring equipment perfectly insulates a target-side power source-ground(50) from a host-side power source-ground(51) by applying a digital insulation element(42) for insulating digital signals and an insulation DC/DC power conversion element(48) for insulating the DC. Therefore, the universal real-time monitoring equipment can protect a host PC from the high voltage or high current caused by the electrical surge or ground loop of a synchronous serial communication cable. A voltage regulating element(47) controls the voltage of DC 5V supplied from a USB port of the host PC so as to become the voltage required in the host-side power source-ground.
