An aluminum cooling pin and inner wall surface of a heat exchange chiller processing method is provided to maximize the heat exchange due to the dry surface by protecting the aluminum surface from the water drop. An aluminum cooling pin and inner wall surface of a heat exchange chiller processing method comprises: a protrusion(20) and a groove made by etching and sanding the aluminum surface(10) of the inner wall or the cooling pin; a step of forming the irregular concavo-convex surface in order to dry and clean the aluminum surface of the inner wall or the cooling pin with the distilled water; a step of hydrolyzing the silica sol with the water and diluting the silica aqueous solution with the alcohol; a step of coating the silical film to form a protrusion with 15~50 micron meters height; and a second surface coating step of processing the sol state of the silica to be the gel state by maturing the silica film for 24 hours.
