Provided are cell lines for measuring activity of NF-kB, which measure a degree of activity induction of a specific drug in an alive cell. A method for screening substances inducing or inhibiting activity of NF-kB comprises the following steps of: transducting an expression vector having construct fused in the order of NF- kappaB binding site and a bla gene to zooblast; selecting transducted cell lines; treating the selected cell lines with an compound to be tested; measuring activity of NF-kappaB in the cell lines treated with the compound to be tested; and selecting the compound to be tested which can change activity of NF-kappaB significantly in the cell lines as compared to a control group in which the compound to be tested is not injected to the cell lines.
