Mountain-climbing shoes capable of removing knee pain are provided, which disperse the centroid concentrated on the toe to the whole sole of the foot. Mountain-climbing shoes comprise: a support stand which is installed at the bottom of the mountain-climbing shoes; and a one-touch type switch stretching the support stand at the angle of 115 degrees. When a user walks in the plain or climbs a mountain, the folded state is maintained in the same form as the general mountain-climbing shoes. When knee pain is felt in descent from a mountain, if a user presses a switch, the centroid concentrated on the toe is dispersed in the whole sole of the foot by stretching the support stand at the angle of 115 degrees.
