PURPOSE: Shoes for relieving pains on the knee joint are provided to prevent the osteoarthritis of a user by reducing knee pronation moment. CONSTITUTION: Shoes for relieving pains on the knee joint comprise uppers of leather and an outsole(1). The outsole comprises a front unit(10), a middle unit(20), and a rear unit(30). The front unit corresponds to the front part of a foot and has a first groove which is formed toward the outside. The middle unit is extended from the front unit. The rear unit is extended from the middle unit and has a second groove which is formed toward the outside. One or more protrusion members are formed inside at least one of the first groove and second groove.
