A movable scaling device and a pipe repairing method using the device are provided to maintain high adhesion force of coating and endurance of the interior coating of a pipe by performing coating on the pipe interior after scaling. A movable scaling device comprises a vacuum suction unit(10) which is connected with one end of a suction tube and generates the suction force in the suction tube by vacuum condition, a storage container(60) containing blasting materials for scaling the interior of the pipe while passing through the pipe inside, an inlet pipe(50) one end of which is connected to the storage container and the other is connected to one end of the pipe, a dust collector(30) which is connected to the suction tube and separately collects the blasting material and solid material, and an extension suction tube(40) one end of which is connected to the dust collector and the other is connected to the other end of the pipe.
