A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ARTIFICIAL SARIRA USING BONE

A method for manufacturing artificial Buddha's bone using human bone is provided to enable a family of the decreased to preserve the artificial Buddha's bone of the decreased by processing the human bone suitable for making various accessories such as necklaces, rings and broaches. A method for manufacturing artificial Buddha's bone using human bone comprises the following steps of: mixing 70% of human bone powder of the decreased, 3% of illite, 5% of elvan, 2% of feldspar and 20% of kaolin by volume to prepare a mixture(S10); adding water to the mixture in a ratio of 90 to 10 or 80 to 20 and making a desired shape of mixture(S20); drying the mixture on a heating plate at 100°C for 20 minutes in order to remove moisture(S30); baking the dried mixture in an electric furnace at a temperature of 1200°C for 2 hours(S40); and dropping the temperature of the electric furnace down to 800°C and taking out the completed artificial Buddha's bone from the electric furnace(S50).
