A system and a method for connecting an in-plant wired network with a mobile communication network in order to provide an in-plant wireless and wired integrated service are provided to reduce the cost for connecting an in-plant wired network to a mobile communication network by using a service control device which is an infra of a communication network without using an additional exchange device and a private base station device. A system for connecting an in-plant wired network to a communication network includes an interworking gateway(170), a private exchange(180), a mobile communication switching center(130), a service control device(160) and an HRL(Home Location Register)(140). The mobile communication switching center transmits an in-plant call to a mobile communication terminal or the interworking gateway through the interworking with the service control device. If the mobile communication terminal is placed in a service region, the service control device makes the mobile communication terminal originate or answer the in-plant call through the interworking with the mobile communication switching center.
