METHOD, SERVER AND SYSTEM FOR MEASURING LOCATION OF MOBILE COMMUNICATION TERMINAL UNEQUIPPED WITH GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEM BY USING PILOT CELL DATABASE

A measuring position method of a mobile communications terminal without a global positioning system using a pcell database for increasing the accuracy of a position location, a server and a system thereof are provided to reduce a time for measuring a location without performing the location measurement of cell ID method. A pilot cell database using pcell database comprises a mobile communications terminal(110), a mobile radio communications network(120), a location calculation server(130), a pcell location measurement server(140) and a location based service server(150). According to the presence of the pcell database and number of PNs(Pseudo Noise), the specific location measuring system is determined by the location calculation server. The location calculation server measures the location of the mobile communications terminal according to the specific location measuring system. The pcell location measurement server measures the location of the mobile communications terminal by using the pcell database.
