A method for inhibiting nerve cell poisoning and anesthesia effect of ethanol by using knock downed GABAB1(gamma-amino butyric acid B1) receptor is provided to inhibit nerve cell poisoning and anesthesia effect by suppressing the expression of protein kinase A (PKA) within nerve cells and cAMP(Cyclic adenosine monophosphate)-CREB. A knock downed GABAB1(gamma-amino butyric acid B1) receptor using interference RNA is provided to inhibit poisoning and anesthesia effect to nerve cell of the ethanol. The interference RNA is complementarily bound with the transferred mRNA from 1097-1516th base of the GABAB1 receptor gene ofSEQ ID NO: 1.
