The ceiling type air conditioner has an air conditioner main body having an exhaust passage, which is a passage for exhausting indoor air to the outside, and an air supply passage, which is a passage for supplying outdoor air to the interior, and at least a part of the indoor air selectively operated and sucked into the exhaust passage. It is provided with a circulation unit for guiding the air supply passage. The ceiling type air conditioner has an advantage of being easy to install and high in energy efficiency while efficiently performing ventilation and air cooling.
